Owner and service
HSA Card Grade Pro is operated by T. R. / HSA and associated with hsacardgradepro.com. The service lets eligible users scan sports cards, review HSA pre-grading analysis, track collections, and view market information.
HSA pre-grading disclaimer
HSA results are estimates generated from submitted images and available card information. A numeric HSA pre-grade and condition description are not official certification, authentication, appraisal, or a guarantee of any sale price or outcome. Image quality, card identity, lighting, and visible condition can affect results.
Accounts and user rules
You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping your sign-in details secure, and activity under your account. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or infringing material, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service, or use automated activity in a way that burdens or copies the service.
Ownership and permitted use
The app's code, structure, interface, HSA branding, logos, content, workflows, and commercial assets belong to or are licensed to the operator. Copying, reproducing, reverse engineering, scraping, reselling, redistributing, or using the app, code, structure, branding, content, or commercial assets without prior written permission is prohibited, subject to applicable law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
Subscriptions, fees, taxes, and refunds
PRO and PRO MASTER plans renew according to the plan selected at checkout. The displayed subscription price is the base price. Any buyer processing surcharge would be disclosed before payment if configured in the connected checkout flow. Taxes, if applicable, are the user's responsibility unless the checkout flow states otherwise; tax calculation is not claimed unless configured. All sales are final and no refunds are provided except where required by applicable law. No subscription is activated until payment and server-side confirmation are complete.
Privacy
The service may process account, scan, collection, and usage information to provide its features. See the Privacy Policy for the service's information practices and user choices.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, T. R. / HSA does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, card authenticity, market value, or a particular grading or sales result. To the extent permitted by law, T. R. / HSA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and changes
Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, non-payment, security concerns, legal requirements, or service changes. Terms may be updated from time to time; the effective date above should be updated when changes are published.
